Complaints and abuse reports
For an order complaint, product-quality concern, suspected misuse, or report of unlawful content, email support@aeylabs.org. Use the subject “Complaint / Abuse Report” and include the relevant order number, product or page URL, and a description of the issue. Do not include payment-card details.
We respond to inquiries within 1–2 business days and aim to review and resolve complaints and abuse reports within 7 business days of receipt. If additional information is required, we will explain what is needed and provide an update.
