Why are your prices so low? We run on deliberately thin margins. We source directly and sell in 10-vial kits rather than single vials, then keep our markup low instead of inflating prices the way single-vial resellers do. Being upfront: low prices are how we move a high volume of orders, and that volume — not a big margin on any single kit — is how we make it work. You get the savings; we make it back on scale.
How do I pay? We use a secure pay-by-invoice checkout. After you place your order, we’ll email you a payment link within one business day. You can pay the invoice with credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay. Your order ships once payment is received, and you’ll get a confirmation email followed by tracking once it’s on the way.
Why isn’t shipping free on smaller orders? Shipping is a real flat cost on every order — our compounds ship from our overseas sourcing partner, so we charge a flat rate based on order size: $60 for 9 kits or fewer, $90 for 10 kits or more, and free on orders over $2,500. Absorbing that cost on smaller orders would mean raising prices across the board, which we’d rather not do — so free shipping kicks in at $2,500, where the order size makes it possible to cover for you.
What’s in a kit? Each kit contains ten (10) vials of the same lyophilized compound at the listed strength. Buying by the kit rather than the single vial is what keeps your cost per vial and per mg low.
Is purity tested? Yes. Compounds are independently tested by a third-party lab for identity and purity. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request — just contact us with the compound you’re asking about.
What if my order is seized? If a shipment is seized, AEY Labs will reship your order free of charge. Our goal is that every order you pay for reaches you.
Where do you ship and what does it cost? We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout, and free shipping applies automatically on orders over $2,500.
Some countries carry more customs risk than others. If a package is seized, we’ll reship once free of charge — we can’t cover seizures beyond that, so please order with your local import conditions in mind.
What does “research use only” mean? All compounds offered by AEY Labs are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not for human consumption, medical use, or diagnostic purposes. Use is restricted to qualified research professionals operating in a controlled setting.
