What does “research use only” mean? All compounds offered by AEY Labs are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not for human consumption, medical use, or diagnostic purposes. Use is restricted to qualified research professionals operating in a controlled setting.
What’s in a kit? Each kit contains ten (10) vials of the same lyophilized compound at the listed strength. Buying by the kit rather than the single vial is what keeps your cost per vial and per mg low.
Why is AEY Labs cheaper than other sources? We source directly rather than buying through resellers, and we sell in 10-vial kits instead of single vials. Removing the middleman markup and the per-vial premium is what lets us price below sites that sell one vial at a time.
Is purity tested? Yes. Compounds are independently tested by a third-party lab for identity and purity. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request — just contact us with the compound you’re asking about.
What if my order is delayed or doesn’t arrive? If a shipment is held in transit or fails to arrive, AEY Labs will reship your order free of charge. Our goal is that every order you pay for reaches you.
How are orders shipped? Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are stable at room temperature during normal transit, so orders ship in secure, protective packaging. Shipping options and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout, and tracking is provided once your order ships.
Where do you ship and what does it cost? Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout. Free shipping is automatically applied on orders over $2,500.
How should I store my kit? Store lyophilized vials according to the guidance for each compound — generally in a cool, dark place, with longer-term storage refrigerated or frozen. Reconstituted material should be refrigerated and used within the period appropriate to the compound.
